Free Christian Piano Arrangements

I’m excited to introduce a new feature to the Koerts Music website: free Christian piano arrangements. Here you’ll find seasonal and general arrangements of some of your favorite hymns. I’m often asked to play an offertory or arrange a hymn for a project, and now I have the distinct privilege of sharing that with you. Feel free to download these arrangements and use them in your ministry. I’d love to hear how you used them and how they worked. Any feedback you can provide is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for your newest arrangement of “I Surrender All” for piano and violins. I recently traded my beautiful ebony Kawai 5 ft. baby grand for a Yamaha Clavinova P405 digital piano. I never dreamed I could ever part with my piano, but I just have to tell…I’ve had such fun with my new instrument!!! It does everything. I practice more now than ever before. Last night I printed off your music, recorded the piano part onto the instrument, then, using a “strings” setting rather than “violin”, I played the two violin parts while the instrument played the piano part for me! What fun! I loved the arrangement, and the sound with the two other parts was so rich and full. What a blessing you are to make these Christian hymn arrangements available to us. I will enjoy this one for a long time. Thank you so much.

    Thanks Melissa. Actually, piano books are forthcoming from Alfred Publishing. Last word I had, they were going to publish them in two collections, sometime in 2011. Publisher time-frames change often, so I’m not holding my breath. But the good news is: they are slated to be published.
